Dr. Brittany Campbell
Technical Services Manager, Pests @Control Solutions Inc.
Dr. Brittany Campbell has over 11 years of experience in the pest control industry. Most recently, she was the Director of Technical Services for a National Association representing pest control companies. Dr. Campbell has extensive experience in research, insecticide resistance, and insect biology, especially bed bugs. In addition, she is passionate about pest control education, training, and stewardship. She is a member of the Entomological Society of America and Pi Chi Omega, a fraternity for pest management professionals. She completed her master’s degree at Virginia Tech and Ph.D. at the University of Florida, with a focus in urban entomology for both programs. Additionally, she holds her Board-Certified Entomologist certification with the Entomological Society of America. She supports CSI’s Sales and Marketing teams and the pest management industry on behalf of CSI.
Heather Patterson, M. Sc.
Technical Service Manager, PCO @Control Solutions Inc.
Patterson brings a unique background and pest management experience earned while working 10+ years on her family-owned golf course and cow-calf operation in Florida. Patterson received her Bachelors & Masters degrees in Entomology with a specialization in Urban Pest Management from the University of Florida. During her time as a student, she conducted an abundance of research on critical pests of our industry, including bed bugs, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. Following her time at UF, she joined CSI and gained several years of experience as project manager on the Product Development team. In her role as a PCO Technical Services Manager, Patterson works with university researchers and industry cooperators to test products and build data packages. She also supports CSI’s Sales and Marketing teams and the pest management industry on behalf of CSI.
